Tracking shipments with Global Fast Logistic

  • Depending on the tracking technology that carriers are using, our Track & Trace System will work differently to receive and create updates on the status of the shipments. While some tracking updates are received through automated systems, others require our customer team to regularly reach out to carriers. If you have questions about tracking your shipment, contact your Account Executive or call us at hotline@transoniclogisticservices.com 
  • For the sea freight FCL (Full container Load)  or LCL (Less than Container Load) , you can track your shipment using container(s) number(s) or Bill of Landing.
  • Our Track and Trace System provides Sailing and Discharged Cargo information, our customers are able to keep the shipments's history for 1 year in our system.
  • Track & Trace System provided by Transonic Secure Vault and Logistic Services is available for the registered users  and can be accessed from any desktop or mobile device using the credentials provided  by our support team.
